You may also see a link to find the article outside of CINAHL:

If you do not see a full-text link or the Article Linker button, double-check the availability using the Journal Title Search. Make sure to enter the journal title, not the article title.
Don't forget that you can also click on the ILLiad link to obtain the article from another library. After clicking this link, you must create or sign in to an interlibrary loan account. Obtaining journal articles typically takes about 3 to 5 days.
