Naxos Music Library [NML] is the world´s largest online classical music library. It offers streaming access to more than 163,000 CDs with more than 2,500,000 tracks of both standard and rare repertoire. New CDs are added weekly.

Creating a Playlist

You can create your own personal play list by clicking on the Playlists TabPlaylists circled in red

DON’T CLICK on the LOGIN link provided.
Instead re- open Naxos with this link.

  1. Login and create an account.
  2. HINT! Use your UNW login and password. It will make things easier in the long run.
  3. You will get an email link mailed to you. Click on that link, to validate your account.
  4. Then go to playlists and login.
  5. When you have successfully logged into playlist, just pick a recording and add it to your playlist.Add to Playlist circled in red
  6. You will be asked to give your playlist a name.
  7. You will then see your song pick in the list. You can now listen or search for others.
  8. When the list is full, you will be prompted to start a new list.

Naxos Mobile App

Access NAXOS through mobile apps.

  1. Download the app from your respective store – App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android devices.  
  2.  If you have a Student Playlist account, your email address and password will act as your login credentials for the NML mobile apps.
  3. If you do not have a Student Playlist account yet, sign up on the institution playlist page through the library website.
  4. Complete the registration process by clicking the activation link in your email.
  5. The email address and password you register with will act as your login credentials for the NML mobile apps.

Congratulations! Now you can create and save personal playlists, and enjoy NML everywhere through the mobile apps.
Note that under certain circumstances, it can take up to 15 minutes for your Student Playlist account registration to be completed.
Further, you can also access the web version with the same email address and password.
You do not have to have a Personal Playlist to use the web version of Naxos.
