Ruth McGuire
Director of Library Services
I completed the MLS at the University of Alabama (Roll Tide!). A couple of years later, I moved to MN as a newlywed and began working at the Berntsen Library. I've been here ever since, taking on the role of Library Director in November 2005. In the fall of 2022, I also began teaching Composition (Dual Enrollment). When I'm not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family, baking, being in nature, traveling, and (of course) reading.
