What is CINAHL?

CINAHL is a powerful health database with article references from over 3,900 journals dating back to 1937. Students can search over 1,000,000 articles related to: 

  • Nursing

  • Allied Health

  • Alternative Therapies

  • Biomedicine

  • Health Administration

  • Consumer Health and more

CINAHL also contains the full text of more than 750 journals, instantly available at the click of a mouse.

CINAHL offers access to health care books, nursing dissertations, educational software and audiovisuals, as well as evidence-based care sheets.
